Effective with plant types from desert to tropical, it can be used for instant-read testing on plants all around the house, or for constant monitoring of a single plant. In the instant-read mode, four color-coded LED lights indicate if soil moisture is too high (blue), ideal (green), low (yellow) or dangerously dry (red).
